I am English and have had a Maison Secondaire since 1999. My choice of Molieres was luck but it was an ideal choice. I was welcomed into the village by the locals, and they helped me when they could. I always insisted on my friends and family using the local shops. The Ferme Auberge de Coutie is a favourite because the food is traditional French and well done. My first night in Chez Yvette's was interesting because my French wasn't good and Yvettes English was non existant. I practiced and practiced until I can now hold a small conversation. I like Molieres and its inhabitants the Molierians. They speak French as they should and they appreciate the attempt when it is made.
